The Mysore Program at House Of Jai Yoga is a space for practitioners at all levels to develop a deep and meaningful self practice. Practitioners learn the yoga from " Inside- Out" memorizing sequences and movements. The Full and New Moons are considered yoga holidays in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. Classes are suspended on those days as a way of attuning our individual rhythms with natures cycles.

Meditation and breathing exercises are also taught to complete the practice.
Led Ashtanga Variations: Advanced - 8am - 915 - Chanting/meditation until 945 optional.
Sunday is the traditional day for practicing Second Series as it is designed to awaken the light from within. The Ashtanga Variations class will split from the therapeutic half primary into the nerve cleansing half second series. Our sequence will include deep forward bends, twists, core strengthening and will counterbalance with a gradually intensifying series of backbends. This class is vigorous and for those who want a challenge.
